He has run human resources departments at companies like Kellogg’s, Port Aventura, United Biscuits, Kraft, Vueling and Bodegas Torres, where he has designed integrated HR management models and dealt with major changes such as mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, internationalisation and defining business strategies.
He has specific training in change management and mergers and acquisitions from centres such as Henley and Ashridge in London and knowledge of HR from the main consultants, like Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, KPMG, PWC, etc.
He works regularly at various business institutions and schools, like URV, EAE, EDE and others.
